FOR SENIORS PLANNING TO ATTEND A VOCATIONAL OR TRADE SCHOOL
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Senior that will be graduation this year
Planning to attend a vocation or trade school
Maintain passing grades in the vocational school's curriculum
Be able to assist the Rotary Club's fund raising auction once a year.
Attend one Rotary Club meeting each quarter during the school year.

Financial need
Goal statement
Activities in school and the community
Completeness and legibility of this application
