Successful in school/Career Goals
Involved in community activities
Citizenship
Persistance and Effort
Agree to fulfill minor obligations to the Rotary Club of the Spokane Valley
Date: Application forms due to the Scholarship Committee by April 23rd, 2010.
Amount: $750.00

2. Essay Outling Educational and Career Goals (300 word maximum)
3. Personal Essay Providing Details About Yourself (300 word maximum)
4. Three (3) letters of recommendation
