RIVERSEDGE CHORUS

RiversEdge Chorus is pleased to offer a $500 scholarship to a musically talented young woman interested in pursuing a career in music. Sweet Adelines International is affiliated with the Music Educators National Conference (MENC).

CRITERIA:
Senior Girl
Good academic records
Exceptional talent in vocal music
Student should also have applied for acceptance into a music program at a college or university

INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit a tape or CD of a short performance demonstrating their particular talent.
Recordings may include accompaniment, as needed.

WSPE ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIPS 2011

The Spokane Chapter of the Washington Society of Professional Engineers will once again sponsor scholarships open to senior high school students who want to enter an engineering college next year!

CRITERIA:

Students need to be entering any ABET accredited engineering college in the fall of 2011.
Students need a minimum SAT score level of 600 for Math and 580 for the average of the new critical reading and writing tests.

WESCU Washington State Employees Credit Union Scholarship

$47,000 Scholarship money available for members of WSECU (Washington State Employees Credit Union)!

WSECU will award 20 scholarships to students who will be attending a four-year or graduate school and 7 scholarships to students studying at a two-year or vocational school.
Applicants will be judged on academic record, essays, letters of recommendation, financial need and community service and activities. (Please note: membership at any credit union other than WSECU does not qualify applicants for this scholarship.)
