Have a minimum 3.2 GPA
TO DO:
A 300 word essay on the topic of:
'MY PERSONAL GOALS FOR FUTURE EDUCATION AND FULFILLMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY AND WORLD SERVICE"
Submit 3 letters of recommendation:
1. Teacher
2. Community Leader/community service supervisor
3. Extracurricular advisor

Where do we send this application to? Can't find a form or phone number for the Golden "K" Kiwanis.
